基隆要塞司令部 常設展
「基隆要塞司令部」所在的大沙灣地區凝縮了基隆史前、大航海、清領、日治與戰後國民政府來台等不同時期歷史。「基隆.zip」作為修復完工後首檔展覽，其中zip代表電腦常見的壓縮檔格式，亦有著速度與能量的意涵，象徵基隆悠長的土地記憶，將透過民眾的造訪進行解壓縮，並將過去的軍事要塞轉變為策動再造能量的文化要塞。
展覽將古蹟空間規劃為六個展演櫥窗，代表了六個主題壓縮檔，以不同色彩表達基隆多樣性的文化底蘊。從不同政權遺留下的歷史印記為起點，連結居民的生命經驗，以及透過當代設計創意擾動，建構起全新的展望藍圖。從山、海、港、城、人的持續互動中，詮釋這座城市未完成，進行中的近未來想像。
打開軍事重鎮神秘過往
朗敘設計將各展間以不同色彩的燈光設計，打開大眾對於首次開放的軍事基地神秘、難以接近的印象，藉由燈光由內向外透出顏色，引人親近、探索。
時空解壓縮
展覽開端「街景.image」以基隆不同時代街區的影像、招牌，呈現基隆都市面貌成形的過程，營造仿若置身時空壓縮的場景，「產業.heritage」則展現基隆三面環山，北面臨海，豐富的自然資源孕育出的產業特色，以互動體驗邀請觀眾以「聽覺」來一場深夜的魚市之旅。
現代視角發掘歷史
多樣化梳理展陳歷史的同時，並透過當代視角，看向這座城市正以文化與設計改變著輪廓和體質；以迷你高爾夫導覽大基隆歷史再現計畫、線上虛擬場景重現大沙灣等方式帶領觀眾用未來現在式，打開一座城市的可能性。

The Dashawan area where the Keelung Fortress Command Headquarters is located is an important witness to the various historical eras, dating back to the Age of Discovery, Qing dynasty rule, Japanese reign, and the current regime which came to the island after the end of WWII. Being the first exhibition after the Command Headquarters’ restoration effort, Keelung.zip, inspired by the common computer file format, symbolizes the speed and energy of the city. By referencing computer technology, this exhibition seeks to unzip the historical memories of the city that are unique to each visitor’s life experience, transforming this former military installation into a cultural fortress of revitalization.
The exhibition has six display/performance spaces – while each one with different colors covers a specific theme of zip files, exemplifying Keelung’s diverse and cultural history. These zip files will seek to connect the collective memories of residents with the various relics of the different regimes that once ruled over the harbor city through a lens of contemporary design and creativity. Conducting a new blueprint of the future combines interactions between mountains, oceans, harbor, urban, and humans for this city that still has an unfinished story extending into the near future.
